V diplomski delu je obravnavana organizacija gradbišča in terminsko planiranje za izgradnjo Logističnega centra Hoče. V prvem delu naloge so predstavljeni osnovni podatki o projektu. Podani so podatki o lokaciji izvedbe objekta, zasnovi objekta, konstrukciji in vseh inštalacijah v objektu. V nadaljevanju so obravnavane različne dokumentacije, kot so gradbeno dovoljenje, gradbena pogodba, projektna dokumentacija in elaborati. Preučeni so tudi pogoji za izgradnjo objekta. Drugi, bistveni del diplomske naloge se osredotoča na organizacijo gradbišča s tehničnim poročilom, kjer so opisani dostop do gradbišča, komunalni priključki, začasni objekti, deponije, potrebna delovna sredstva in delovna sila ter varnost in zdravje pri delu. Obravnavano je tudi terminsko planiranje, ki je grafično predstavljeno s pomočjo gantogramske tehnike. Na koncu diplomske naloge je podana shema organizacije gradbišča in modificiran gantogram.
“The thesis deals with the organization of the construction site for the Hoče logistics centre. In the first part of the thesis, basic information about the project is presented. Information is given on the location of the building, the design of the building, the construction and all the installations in the building. The following documents are examined, such as the building permit, the building contract, the project documentation and the studies. The conditions for the construction of the building are also examined. The second part of the thesis, which is the main part of the thesis, focuses on the organization of the construction site, with a technical report describing the access to the construction site, utility connections, temporary facilities, landfills, the necessary working means and workforce, and occupational health and safety. The scheduling is also addressed and graphically presented using the gantt chart technique. At the end of the thesis, construction site organization sheme and modified gantt chart are presented.”
