»Magistrsko delo obravnava ugotavljanje skladnosti strukturnega podsistema infrastruktura s predstavitvijo postopka izdaje dovoljenja za začetek obratovanja strukturnega podsistema infrastruktura, ki ga vodi varnostni organ. Osredotoča se na proces ocenjevanje skladnosti oziroma verifikacije podsistema, v katerem ključni deležniki izvajajo potrebne aktivnosti za pridobitev dokazil kot je ES potrdilo o verifikaciji in potrdilo o verifikaciji skladno z nacionalno zakonodajo. Ker trenutno ne obstaja poenoteni kriterij za verifikacijo po pravilniku, ki ureja zgornji ustroj železniških prog, je bila v okviru raziskave oblikovana poenotena tabela ocenjevanja, ki bi jo lahko uporabljali organi za ugotavljanje skladnosti v postopkih verifikacije.«
“The master’s thesis deals with the assessment of conformity of the structural subsystem infrastructure by presenting the procedure for issuing a permit for the entry into service of the structural subsystem infrastructure, which is managed by the safety authority. It focuses on the process of assessing conformity or verification of the subsystem, in which key stakeholders carry out the necessary activities to obtain evidence such as the EC certificate of verification and the certificate of verification in accordance with national legislation. Since there is currently no unified criterion for verification according to the rules governing the superstructure of railway lines, a unified assessment table was developed as part of the research, which could be used by conformity assessment authorities in verification procedures.”
