»Zaključno delo obravnava možnosti vzpostavitve regijskega sistema izposoje javnih e-koles na območju Koroške regije ter priložnosti za njegovo čezmejno povezovanje z Avstrijo. Namen raziskave je bil analizirati trenutno stanje mobilnosti v regiji, proučiti obstoječe in načrtovane kolesarske povezave, določiti kriterije za izbiro lokacij postaj in števila koles ter oceniti učinke uvedbe sistema na potovalne navade prebivalcev in turistov. Uporabili smo kombinacijo deskriptivne, kvantitativne, kvalitativne, primerjalne in scenarijske analize. Rezultati kažejo, da bi lahko uvedba sistema prispevala k zmanjšanju deleža poti z osebnim avtomobilom, povečanju uporabe trajnostnih oblik mobilnosti in izboljšanju dostopnosti znotraj občin ter med njimi. Poleg tega bi sistem s postajami ob turističnih atrakcijah ter ob mejnih prehodih omogočal krepitev čezmejnega sodelovanja in razvoj novih turističnih produktov. Sklepna ugotovitev je, da sistem izposoje e-koles predstavlja učinkovit ukrep trajnostne mobilnosti, ki hkrati podpira okoljski, gospodarski in socialni razvoj Koroške regije.«
»The thesis examines the establishment of a regional public e-bike sharing system in the Koroška region and the opportunities for its cross-border integration with Austria. The aim of the research was to analyse the current state of mobility in the region, to study existing and planned cycling connections, to define criteria for selecting station locations and the number of bikes, and to assess the potential effects of the system on travel behaviour of residents and tourists. A combination of descriptive, quantitative, qualitative, comparative, and scenario analysis methods was applied. The results show that the introduction of such a system could reduce the share of trips made by private cars, increase the use of sustainable transport modes, and improve accessibility within and between municipalities. Moreover, by locating stations near tourist attractions and border crossings, the system would strengthen cross-border cooperation and support the development of new tourism products. The conclusion is that the e-bike sharing system represents an effective sustainable mobility measure that simultaneously supports the environmental, economic, and social development of the Koroška region.«
