Prevoz temperaturno občutljivega tovora in zahteve hladne verige

»Temperaturno občutljiv tovor je tovor, ki zahteva nadzorovano temperaturo pri skladiščenju in prevozu. Pravilno skladiščenje in prevoz takšnega tovora omogoča, da blago ohrani svoje lastnosti. V skupino temperaturno občutljivega tovora sodijo zdravila, cepiva, kemikalije, kozmetika in hitro pokvarljivo blago. Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na hitro pokvarljivo blago, predvsem na ribe, meso, mlečne izdelke ter sveže sadje in zelenjavo, ki se uporabljajo v našem vsakdanjiku.
V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene osnove prevoza blaga in hladne verige ter zakonodajni okvirji, ki jih morajo izvajalci prevoza upoštevati. Pomemben del zagotavljanja uspešno izvedene hladne verige so vozila, ki se uporabljajo, in njihova oprema, zato so predstavljene vrste vozil ter oprema, ki je v njih. Praktični del vključuje primer prevoza temperaturno občutljivega tovora. Delo ponuja možnost za nadaljnje raziskovanje te teme, predvsem z vidika zagotavljanja neprekinjene hladne verige in ohranjanja najvišje možne kakovosti živil.«

»Temperature-sensitive cargo is cargo that requires controlled temperature during storage and transportation. Proper storage and transportation of such cargo allow the goods to maintain their properties. The group of temperature-sensitive cargo includes medicines, vaccines, chemicals, cosmetics, and perishable goods. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on perishable goods, mainly fish, meat, dairy products, and fresh fruit and vegetables that are used in our everyday lives.
In the theoretical part, the basics of goods transport and the cold chain, as well as the legislative frameworks that transport operators must take into account, are presented. An important part of ensuring a successfully implemented cold chain is the vehicles used and their equipment. Therefore, the types of vehicles and the equipment they contain are presented. The practical part includes an example of transporting temperature-sensitive cargo. The thesis offers an opportunity for further research on this topic, especially from the perspective of ensuring a continuous cold chain and maintaining the highest possible quality of food.«
