»Diplomska naloga obravnava dokumentacijo, ki jo mora izvajalec gradbenih del pridobiti oziroma izdelati v različnih fazah procesa graditve objekta, to je v času neposredne priprave na gradnjo, v fazi gradnje ter ob zaključku gradnje. V prvem, teoretičnem delu naloge je predstavljena zakonodajna in strokovna podlaga, ki določa vrsto in vsebino dokumentacije, ki jo mora izvajalec zagotoviti za zakonito, varno in kakovostno izvedbo gradbenega objekta. Dokumenti so razvrščeni glede na fazo procesa graditve objekta. Za boljšo preglednost je vključena tudi grafična shema, ki jasno ponazarja razvrstitev in časovno zaporedje potrebne dokumentacije v posameznih fazah gradnje. V drugem, praktičnem delu naloge je prikazan konkreten primer že izvedenega projekta – sanacija plazu KUD v Andražu. Predstavljena je vsa z vidika izvajalca, relevantna dokumentacija, ki je bila v tem primeru pripravljena, pridobljena in uporabljena, s čimer se teorija smiselno poveže s prakso. Analiza primera ponuja vpogled v dejansko upravljanje dokumentacije v podobnih gradbenih primerih ter ponuja uporabne ugotovitve za bodoče projekte podobne narave.«
»The thesis addresses the documentation that a contractor is required to obtain or prepare during the various phases of the building construction process—namely, during the immediate preparation for construction, during the construction phase itself, and upon completion of construction. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, the legal and professional framework is presented, which defines the type and content of documentation necessary for the lawful, safe, and high-quality execution of construction works. The documents are classified according to the relevant phase of the building construction process. For greater clarity, a graphic scheme is also included, clearly illustrating the classification and chronological order of the required documentation across the different stages of the project. The second, practical part of the thesis presents an example of a completed project—the landslide remediation at KUD in Andraž. All relevant documentation from the contractor’s perspective is shown, including what was prepared, obtained, and used in the course of the project, thereby meaningfully connecting theory with practice. The case analysis provides insight into the actual management of documentation in similar construction projects and offers useful findings for future projects of a similar nature.«
