»Diplomsko delo obravnava značilnosti in proces izdelave obračuna izvedenih gradbenih del ter sodobni način priprave obračuna del z uporabo računalniškega programa. V uvodnem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljen teoretični del o predizmerah, predračunu, obračunu izvedenih del, strukturi knjige obračunskih izmer in uporabi računalniških programov, kjer je natančneje predstavljen program Cening Obračun. V drugem delu diplomskega dela je podan prikaz obračuna izvedenih del na realnem primeru gradnje dovozne ceste in komunalne infrastrukture v Slovenj Gradcu. Projekt za izvedbo (PZI) je bil ključen vir za pripravo diplomskega dela. Obračun izvedenih del zajema obravnavo gradbenih del, z natančnim izračunom količin, in sicer za predračunske postavke gradnje komunalne infrastrukture (kot so: asfalt, meteorna in fekalna kanalizacija, elektro kabelska kanalizacija ter telekomunikacijski priključki). Za nekaj postavk je podan prikaz izračuna količin z uporabo programa Cening Obračun. Predstavljeni so tudi primeri iz gradbenega dnevnika, tehnični načrti in geodetski posnetek izvedenih del, ki so potrebni za dokazovanje in lociranje izvedenih del. V zadnjem delu so podani izpolnjeni obračunski listi za izvedena dela.«
» The thesis discusses the characteristics and the process of preparing a statement of completed construction works, as well as the modern approach to preparing such statements using computer software. The introductory part of the thesis presents the theoretical background on preliminary measurements, cost estimates, statements of completed works, the structure of the measurement book, and the use of computer programs, with a detailed presentation of the software Cening Obračun. The second part of the thesis provides an example of a statement of completed works based on a real project involving the construction of an access road and utility infrastructure in Slovenj Gradec. The project documentation (PZI) served as a key source for preparing the thesis. The statement of completed works includes an analysis of construction works with precise quantity calculations, specifically for cost estimate items related to utility infrastructure (such as asphalt, stormwater and wastewater sewage, electrical cable ducts, and telecommunication connections). For some items, quantity calculations using the Cening Obračun software are demonstrated. In addition, examples from the construction log, technical plans, and a geodetic survey of the completed works are presented, as these are necessary for verifying and locating the executed works. The final part of the thesis contains completed statement sheets for the executed works.«
