»Magistrsko delo obravnava razvoj trajnostnega turizma v vinogradništvu na območju
občine Rogašovci, kjer kljub bogati vinogradniški krajini turistični potencial še ni v
celoti izkoriščen. Izhodišče raziskave je prepoznava problema pomanjkanja celovite
vinsko-turistične infrastrukture, ki bi povezovala obstoječe naravne in kulturne
vrednote območja ter jih predstavila obiskovalcem skozi edinstvena doživetja.
Razvoj naloge poteka od teoretične obravnave trajnostnega vinskega turizma,
pregleda dobrih praks in analize prostorskih značilnosti Goričkega do oblikovanja
projektne zasnove nove vinske poti. Ta vključuje izbor ključnih lokacij ter
arhitekturne intervencije, ki združujejo prenovo obstoječih objektov, rekonstrukcije
in novogradnje. Pri zasnovi so uporabljeni principi tradicionalne arhitekture, lokalni
materiali in trajnostne tehnologije, kar omogoča skladno vključitev objektov v
krajino. Predlagane rešitve ne prispevajo le k razvoju kakovostne turistične ponudbe,
temveč spodbujajo tudi ohranjanje kulturne identitete, izboljšanje prostorske podobe naselij
ter dolgoročno gospodarsko rast lokalnega okolja.«
»The master’s thesis deals with the development of sustainable tourism in viticulture
in the municipality of Rogašovci, where, despite the rich viticultural landscape, the
tourism potential has not yet been fully exploited. The starting point of the research
is the recognition of the problem of the lack of a comprehensive wine tourism
infrastructure that would connect the existing natural and cultural values of the area
and present them to visitors through unique experiences.
The development of the task ranges from a theoretical discussion of sustainable wine
tourism, a review of good practices, and an analysis of the spatial characteristics of
Goričko to the design of a new wine route. This includes the selection of key
locations and architectural interventions that combine the renovation of existing
buildings, reconstructions, and new constructions. The design uses the principles of
traditional architecture, local materials, and sustainable technologies, which allows
for the harmonious integration of buildings into the landscape.
The proposed solutions not only contribute to the development of a high-quality
tourist offer, but also promote the preservation of cultural identity, improve the
spatial image of settlements, and encourage long-term economic growth in the local
