Diplomsko delo je narejeno na realnem primeru izgradnje enostanovanjske stavbe. Osredotoča se na oblikovanje popisa del, določanje ponudbenih cen gradbenih storitev za gradbena in obrtniška dela ter analizo cene za izdelavo estriha. Najprej podamo teoretični prikaz izdelave popisa del, predizmer in ponudbenega predračuna. Sledi aplikativni del z opisom obravnavane stavbe, določanjem ponudbenih cen za gradbena in obrtniška dela ter izdelavo skupnega predračuna, ki temelji na analizah cen. V diplomskem delu smo za izdelavo ponudbenega predračuna za gradbena in deloma obrtniška dela uporabili program 4BUILD, ponudbe za nekatera dela smo pridobili na trgu. V drugem delu aplikativnega dela so prikazane analize cen na enoto mere za tri različne načine izdelave podložnega estriha, ki smo jih medsebojno primerjali.
»The diploma thesis is based on a real example of constructing a single-family house and focuses on creating a bill of quantities, determining bid prices for construction and finishing works, and analyzing the cost of screed installation. First, a theoretical overview of the preparation of the bill of quantities, and bid estimates is presented. This is followed by an applied section describing the analyzed single-family house, determining bid prices, and preparing a bid estimate based on price analyses. In the thesis, the 4BUILD software was used to prepare the bid estimate for construction and partially finishing works, while offers for certain works were obtained from the market. The second part of the applied section presents unit price analyses for three different methods of screed installation, which are compared with one another.«
